1. About this policy

FutRoll: Football Draft Game (“FutRoll”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is operated by Technoface Bilişim Sistemleri Tic. Ltd. Şti. This Privacy Policy applies to the FutRoll mobile application, futroll.app and related support services.

By using FutRoll, you acknowledge that your information will be handled as described in this policy. Where consent is required by applicable law, we will ask for it separately.

2. Information we collect

Account and profile information

We may process identifiers required to create and maintain your account, such as an internal user ID, authentication information, player name, language, country or region and profile preferences. If authentication is provided by a platform or third party, we receive only the information made available for that login method.

Gameplay and service activity

We process information about drafts, squads, matches, opponents, invitations, game results, rankings, missions, rewards, FR balance, Jokers and other interactions needed to operate the game, prevent duplicate rewards and maintain your progress.

Device, diagnostic and usage information

We may receive device type, operating system and app version, language, approximate region, IP address, session information, performance data, crash logs and diagnostic events. These records help us secure, troubleshoot and improve FutRoll.

Purchases

Apple App Store or Google Play processes payments. We may receive transaction identifiers, product details, purchase status, currency and time so that we can deliver and restore purchases. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.

Support communications

If you contact us, we process your email address, message, attachments and technical information you provide in order to respond and resolve the issue.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide accounts and gameplay; save progress; match players; calculate results and rewards; process and restore purchases; provide support; detect abuse, cheating, fraud and security incidents; diagnose crashes; measure features; improve game balance and user experience; send essential service notices; and comply with legal obligations.

Depending on your location and the activity, our legal basis may be performance of a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with law or your consent.

4. How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate FutRoll, including hosting and infrastructure providers, Apple and Google for distribution and purchases, and Google Firebase services for analytics and crash reporting.

Other players may see information designed to be public in the game, such as your player name, squad, match result, ranking or shared match content. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the service, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition or transfer of business assets subject to appropriate safeguards.

5. Advertising and consent

FutRoll may use Google AdMob to display rewarded or interstitial advertising where enabled. Depending on your consent choices and local law, advertising services may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate location, IP address and ad interaction data to deliver, measure, limit or personalize ads.

Where required, FutRoll presents a consent form before using data for personalized advertising. You may review available privacy choices through the app's privacy or consent settings. Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all advertising; you may receive contextual or non-personalized ads.

6. Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide FutRoll, maintain your account and transaction history, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer required, unless law requires a longer period.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards. No online service or storage method can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, including under the GDPR or Türkiye's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection; receive a copy of certain information; withdraw consent; and complain to a competent data protection authority.

To request account deletion or exercise a privacy right, email support@futroll.app from the address associated with your account. We may ask for reasonable verification. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

8. Children's privacy

FutRoll is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required for independent consent in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age. If you believe a child has provided information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can investigate and take suitable action.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, practices or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. We may provide additional notice in the app when a change is material.
